How to insert yarn or thread in a bead (tutorial)

Materials:    All you need is a piece of sewing thread, the beads, the yarn and a sewing needle.

The sewing needle should be one that is able to pass through the hole or opening of the bead 

 pull through the thread in the needle opening

Make a not to both ends of the sewing thread.   Open the thread and insert the yarn in the middle.

Insert the neddle in the opening of the bead and pull through
